I'm Inge de Jong and I've been a natural champagne enthusiast ever since I drank my first Agrapart in 2013. That night in Épernay, I realised there's more to champagne than glitter, New Year's Eve and tiny glasses that don’t fit your nose.
The world of natural champagne is an interesting combination of tradition and experimentation, making it the podium for the most inventive champagne producers of our time.
I knew straight away it was a world I wanted to be a part of.
